How long does it take?

I, along with my team of professional artists, hand-draw each Yellow Portrait from scratch. We aim to deliver your custom portrait within 5 days on average.

What currency are Yellow Portraits prices?

All prices in our store are listed in USD.

How much does it cost?

The cost of your portrait depends on the number of characters (people/pets) and the background (standard/custom/none). You can find all pricing details on our Product Page.

How is the portrait sent?

Your portrait will be delivered as a digital file via email. After you approve the artwork, you can choose to have it printed on a poster or a canvas for an additional fee.

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with the result. My goal is to make sure you love your portrait.

What kind of backgrounds can I choose?

I, together with my team, can create any background you envision! Just share your ideas with us, and we’ll make them a reality. We also offer classic backgrounds from the show, like the living room or tavern.

Do pets count as characters?

Yes, pets are considered characters, so be sure to include them in your total when placing your order.

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Absolutely! Once you receive your Yellow Portrait, it’s yours to use however you’d like.

Can you work from multiple photos?

Yes! The more photos you provide, the better we can capture every detail. Just let us know how you’d like the illustration to look, and my team and I will handle the rest.

What quality should the photos I send be?

The better the photo quality, the easier it is for us to create an accurate portrait. If we need a better image to get the details just right, I’ll personally reach out to ensure we meet your expectations.

I have a large group. Can you handle that?

No problem! Whether it's a large family or a company team, I can create portraits for groups of 8 or more. Just email me if you have a large project, and my team and I will make it happen.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it’s placed?

Please make sure to include all the details you want in your order notes. Any details not specified will be assumed by my team, and additional charges may apply if revisions are needed later.

What dimensions will my illustration be?

Our standard resolution is 3600 x 4800 pixels (portrait) or 4800 x 3600 pixels (landscape). When printed, this translates to 12" x 16" (portrait) or 16" x 12" (landscape) at 300 DPI. Any other print sizes options can be seen at product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, my team and I can arrange shipping to anywhere in the world!

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I send separate photos of the people I want in the portrait?

Of course! You can send individual or group photos. As long as the images clearly show each person's face and features, my team of artists and I will take care of the rest.

Can I see a preview of my order before placing it?

Since each portrait is hand-drawn from scratch by me and my team, we cannot provide a preview before you place the order. But rest assured, we offer unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final result.

What file format will my portrait be in?

Your completed artwork will be delivered in either JPG or PNG format. If you need a layered file, just let me know, and I’ll email it to you.

Who do I contact for press inquiries?
